Digital Courses Refunds

Eligibility Period (7 days)

You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the original purchase date of the course.

Usage Condition

To be eligible for a refund, both conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is submitted within the 7-day period stated above; and

  • You have watched less than 30% of the total recorded course content (based on our tracking records).

Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • If the refund request is submitted after the 7-day period.

  • If the purchased item is a consulting service that has been delivered, scheduled, or started.

  • If there is evidence of misuse, including account sharing or unauthorised access to content.

Downloadable Digital Products (No Refunds)

All downloadable digital products are strictly non-refundable in all cases, including (but not limited to): eBooks, guides, templates, files, toolkits, or any instantly downloadable materials.

Due to the nature of downloadable digital content and immediate delivery, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available once the purchase is completed.

Review of Refund Requests & Final Decision

Request Review

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Fikrra Plus team and assessed against the eligibility conditions above and the account usage records.

Final Decision

You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection decision. Our decision is final to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] and include:

  • Full name

  • Purchase date and invoice/receipt number (if available)

  • Course name

  • Brief reason for the request

Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Access Termination Upon Refund Approval

If a refund is approved, your access to the course will be terminated immediately, and you must stop using or sharing any course materials accessed during your subscription.
